  1. Heat up a pan, add the oil. Once hot, add mustard seeds, after they splutter, add in the urad dal, curry leaves, red chili, hing.
  2. Add the ground nuts and toss them well, time to add the grated coconut & coriander and give a good mix.
  3. Add the sweetcorn, salt, sugar & pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, & Serve!
