INGREDIENTS:

  • Full Fat Milk - 1 cup 250 ml
  • Suagr - 1/2 cup 120 gms
  • Kewra Water - 1/2 tsp or 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • Fresh Cream - 400 ml Amul 25% Fresh Cream

  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 4 tbsp
RECIPE STEPS:

  1. In a large pan, pour the milk, add sugar and kewra water. Bring it to a boil over medium heat.

RECIPE NOTES :

Notes: Adjust the sugar to taste. Slurry is needed to thicken the milk as the sugar makes the milk very watery. Cook the corn flour completely. Adjust adding the slurry as per your liking. Please be quick when pouring the ice cream custard in the ice cream machine bowl. Everything has to be chilled. Tips: You can make the ice cream in advance, just keep it in the refrigerator and keep it chilled. If the ice cream is very hard then you have to thaw it for 30 minutes, by placing it in the fridge compartment where you store your vegetables.
