INGREDIENTS:
Fruits to Skewer
- Pineapple - 4 Chunks (Large Chunks)
- Apple - 6 Dices
- Pear - 6 Dices
- Grapes - 8
- Kiwi - 6 Dices (Use Firm Kiwis)
For Dressing
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Chat Masala - 3/4 tsp
- Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1 pinch
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dried Mint - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Pineapple Juice - 3 tbsp (or Plain Water)
RECIPE STEPS:
Skewering the Fruits
- Start by skewering the fruits into skewers. One variety of fruit into 1 skewer.
For Dressing
- For Dressing : In a bowl, mix - Salt, Black Salt, Chat Masala, Jeera Powder, Black Pepper, Red Chili Powder, Dried Mint, Sugar, Lemon Juice. Pour in the water or pineapple juice and stir well, keep aside.
Grilling the Fruits & Serving
- Grill the fruits over charcoal until they char in high heat.
- Then smear the dressing over the grilled fruits & serve warm!
