  • Maida - 4 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Panko Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
  • Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander - 1 tsp
RECIPE STEPS:
  1. Slice the onions into rings about 1cm in thickness. Separate the onion into rings. Discard the small and broken parts.

RECIPE NOTES :

Notes: You can replace cornflour with rice flour. You can also bake these onion rings in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes. Panko Breadcrumbs are made with Japanese Bread, it is long in shape compared to regular breadcrumbs. Tips: You can coat the onion rings and freeze it for upto one month.
