Today’s recipe is an easy to adapt to whatever you and your family like, be it pasta, lasagna sheets or Noodle. Yes you heard it right, we are making Noodles Lasagna. However strange it may sound, but trust me every household has noodles in their kitchen pantry, then why just restrict it to making Chinese cuisine. Make a delicious vegetable filling with your choice of veggies then toss in some spicy pasta sauce. Then build layers of al dente noodles, vegetable filling and cheese. Cover the pan and cook it over the stove and there you have it…Vegetable Lasagna made from scratch. Twisted version that actually tastes like REAL lasagna! ?. This recipe does not disappoint! The kids will LOVE it too!
Paneer Parcha, a dish close to paneer pasanda though quite different.
This restaurant style paneer recipe, is a perfect one to dish out to serve with rotis, parathas, naans, steamed rice, pulao, basically any side dish.
A mild flavored rich birista-cashew-yogurt based gravy along with a slice of paneer which has been sandwiched with veggies and grilled. Try it out now!
Step 1: Add Plain flour to a mixing bowl.
Little high on the fats, but this paneer parcha tastes divine. Much better than the one I tasted at the restaurant. Why not try this and share a virtual treat with me? That’s all for today, keep cooking & stay fantastic!
