INGREDIENTS:

  • Paneer - 100 gms cut in cubes, or mushrooms or meat

  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 large sliced
  • Capsicum - 1 medium sliced
  • Tomato - 1 large sliced
  • Salt - 1 1/2 cup for baking the pizza
For the dough
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Fresh Yogurt - 4 tbsp or 1/3 cup
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Dry flour - to roll the pizza base, or maize flour or semolina
For assembling the pizza
  • Pizza sauce - 6 tbsp
  • Pizza Cheese - 150 gms grated
  • Pizza Herbs - 1 tsp
RECIPE STEPS:

  4. Preheat a pan over high heat and then add the paneer, and give it a quick toss for one minute, to get the smoky flavor in the paneer. Once done remove and set aside.

  1. In a large deep kadhai, add the salt and make an even layer, place a katori or a ring cutter in the center. Cover the kadhai and preheat it for 10 minutes over high heat.
