Microwave Chocolate Cake Recipe – No Egg Super Spongy Cake in 4 Mins – Microwave Oven Recipes

Satisfy a chocolate craving with this microwave version Chocolate Cake that cooks in just minutes. Smooth batter made with flour, butter and condensed milk, poured in a pretty cake mould and baked in the microwave only for four minutes top. Ingredients
For the white chocolate ganache
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl or a jug, pour milk, vanilla essence and vinegar. Stir and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. In a large mixing bowl add the softened butter and oil; stir well until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Add condensed milk and stir again for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In another large mixing bowl combine, maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Mix everything well.
  5. Grease the bundt cake tin with oil, if there is any excess oil then take it out. You can use a glass or a plastic cake mould as well.
  6. Take the condensed milk and butter cake mixture bowl and add powdered sugar, and whisk well.
  7. Add the milk mixture to it. Whisk everything until well combined.
  8. Finally add the dry ingredients and start to whisk everything, after some time use a spatula to fold in the batter until you get a smooth lump free batter.
  9. Pour the batter into the greased bundt cake tin, and tap the cake tin to get rid of the air bubbles.
  10. Place the cake tin in the microwave, set the microwave to 100 % and cook it for 4 minutes, cooking time depends on the microwave that you use.
  11. After 4 minute, remove and place it over a cooling rack. Allow the cake to cool down completely.
  12. Once cooled remove the cake by simply un-moulding it from the cake tin. Place the cake in a serving plate.
Serve
  1. Drizzle some white chocolate ganache and then decorate with some colored sprinkles
  2. Our Chocolate Cake is ready to be served. Enjoy with friends and family.
Recipe Notes

Notes:

  • If you do not have vinegar then please use lemon juice.
  • You can make the white chocolate ganache by melting the chocolate and cream in a saucepan for 1 minute.

Tips:

  • You can use a silicon cake mould, glass bowl or a Bundt cake tin.
  • Cooking time depends totally on the microwave that you are using, the microwave that is used in the video is 800W.
