  1. Heat a kadhai over high flame; add salt and heat up the salt. Keep stirring the salt with a perforated spoon.
  2. Once the salt is hot enough, lower the flame to medium and add the cashewnuts.
  3. Start stirring continuously for 1 minute. The cashewnuts will turn light golden.
  4. Remove them using a slotted spoon and transfer them in a large plate. Allow the roasted salted cashewnuts to cool down completely.
  5. Once they come to room temperature, mix it with your hands, to get rid of the excess salt.

  1. Serve the salted cashewnuts as is or you can gift them on special occasion to your loved ones.
