INGREDIENTS:

  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chat Masala - 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup

  1. In a mixer grinder jar, place all the mixed vegetables and blend everything to a smooth paste like consistency. Do not add any water, you can cut the vegetables finely or even grate it.

RECIPE NOTES :

Notes: If you want to give this recipe Italian taste then you can skip the Indian spices and add oregano, basil and chili flakes, instead of cumin powder, chat masala and red chili powder. You can use any plastic bag or milk packets if you do not have a piping bag. Adjust the chili as per taste, and if making for kids then omit it.
