RECIPE NOTES :

Notes: You can use any burger bun or uncut bread, if you do not wish to make the bread from scratch. Use a cooker which has height and which can accommodate the size of your cake tin. This will ensure even cooking. If you do not have a round ring you can use a wired stand, katori, cookie cutter or a bowl to elevate the height. If you do not have mixed herbs then you can use oregano and basil. Use a serrated knife to slice the bread, do to not use the regular knife. You can use cheese slices if you like. Keep the excess garlic butter oil for making garlic bread at home. Tips: Brushing the bread with milk, will ensure that you get the brown colour on top.
